House

• Inspect the entire house for water and drain leaks (exposed only)
• Locate and test emergency water valves
• Inspect pumps (sump, sewer, laundry)
• Check house water pressure to ensure proper flow
• Mark the main house, water heater and hose bibb shut‐off valves with a tag and make the homeowner aware of the locations.

Water Heater

• Contract is good for one (1) water heater inspection and servicing per house. ·
• Additional water heater inspections and servicing can be added for an additional $20.00 per water heater.
• Inspect water heater relief valve
• Inspect and test emergency shut‐off valve
• Inspect burner assembly and thermostat
• Visually inspect flue pipe for leaks and soot build up
• Vacuum the combustion chamber (if accessible)
• Inspect gas connections
• Check for proper combustion air intake
• Record temperature settings
• Partial Draining of water heater to clear any sediment buildup and refill
• Inspect electrical connections

Lavatory

• Inspect faucets for corrosion
• Inspect faucets for leaky seals
• Inspect and clean aerators
• Inspect all visible drains
• Inspect and test emergency shut‐off valves
• Inspect for proper draining

Kitchen Sink

• Inspect faucet for corrosion
• Inspect faucet for leaky seals
• Inspect and clean aerator
• Inspect all visible drains
• Inspect and test all emergency shut‐off valves
• Inspect disposal unit for leaks and corrosion
• Inspect for proper draining

Toilets

• Inspect toilets and tanks for leaks
• Perform dye test for tank leakage
• Inspect toilets for proper flushing

Tub and Shower

• Inspect waste and overflow drain
• Inspect valves for corrosion and leaks
• Inspect tub spout for leaks
